In ricordo della cartamoneta italiana, c’è chi colleziona e chi invece le indossa: così la Millelire di Simone Cintio, designer di un bracciale Made in Italy davvero speciale.. Millelire: come mai hai voluto recuperare la vecchia moneta italiana? Solo motivo estetico o dietro c’è un pensiero? Da dove nasce l’idea? Ogni volta che si parla di lira ma soprattutto delle Millelire, tutti hanno un fantastico ricordo, è una parola con un sogno romantico e nostalgico. Ho semplicemente pensato di poter avere l’opportunità di indossare quotidianamente un pezzo di storia!! Il prodotto è realizzato in pelle(cuoio) con chiusura in metallo, quasi a ricordare le monetine. I tuoi materiali da dove arrivano? Made in Italy? Li lavori tu? Ti appoggi ad artigiani locali? Il bracciale è realizzato in cuoio conciato al vegetale, un processo basato sull’utilizzo di tannini naturali provenienti dagli alberi. Tanti sono i tipi di concia, ma la concia al vegetale è la più classica, tradizionale, riconoscibile, l’unica capace di impartire al cuoio proprietà inconfondibili, la più vicina alla condizione di natura, la più rispettosa dell’ambiente, la più idonea a coniugare comfort ed estetica, moda e tradizione, versatilità d’impiego e unicità del prodotto! La chiusura è nickel free, realizzata in lega metallica e raffinata in ottone spazzolato. Curata nei minimi particolari con incisioni nella facciata superiore e unita da un sistema magnetico! Tutto il lavoro viene svolto a mano senza l’ausilio di macchinari industriali, un bracciale 100% Made in Italy! Come mai hai scelto di diventare un designer? Sogno? Collaborazione? Il lavoro del geometra era troppo schematico e lineare per me.. mi seno bene e libero quando disegno gioielli millelire. Tre aggettivi per descrivere la tua filosofia di vita.. IMPREVEDIBILE, INSAZIOABILE, IRONICA!! Che cosa manca oggi che ieri c’era? Tranquillità dopo le Millelire, arriverà l’euro? Arriveranno altri bei ricordi Millelire… una banconota che porta bei ricordi!!!
